Return and Exchange Policy
When you shop at Miltons, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy and keep in your closet from us. You may return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 30 days from the purchase date. We will accept merchandise as long as it has not been worn, altered or laundered, and it must include the manufacturer’s packaging and tags, as well as our store tags, and be in the same condition as it was when it were purchased.
There are three simple ways to return merchandise you have purchased from Miltons online. We will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, but your refund should show on your statement within 3-5 business days.
1. Return to one of our Stores (It’s FREE!)
Return your purchase in person to either our Braintree or Chestnut Hill stores and one of our associates will help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item. Please remember to bring you receipt with you.
2. UPS Ground with Pre-Paid Return Label
Simply pack up the items to be returned and attach the pre-paid return label included in the original shipment. Next, schedule a pick-up with UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459; or you can drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit UPS.com. Once we process the return, we will charge a flat rate of $10 for processing.
3. You Choose the Shipping Method
You can send items back via the shipping service of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your receipt to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
