COVID-19 Shipping & Return Policy

 Due to the temporary closure of our stores as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, you may experience delays in receiving your order.  We will do everything possible to ensure that this does not happen, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.

Due to the temporary closure of our receiving facility as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, we are extending our return date to 30 days from the date we re-open from our temporary store closure.  You may return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 30 days from the date we re-open. We will accept merchandise as long as it has not been worn, altered or laundered, and it must include the manufacturer’s packaging and tags, as well as our store tags, and be in the same condition as it was when it were purchased.  PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY SHIPMENT UNTIL WE HAVE ANNOUNCED THAT WE HAVE RE-OPENED, AS UPS CANNOT DELIVER TO OUR FACILITY DURING THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE.

    Order Processing

    Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST, on a weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next business day.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    When you shop at Miltons, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy and keep in your closet from us. You may return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 30 days from the purchase date. We will accept merchandise as long as it has not been worn, altered or laundered, and it must include the manufacturer’s packaging and tags, as well as our store tags, and be in the same condition as it was when it were purchased.

    Easy Returns

    There are three simple ways to return merchandise you have purchased from Miltons online. We will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, but your refund should show on your statement within 3-5 business days.

    1. Return to one of our Stores (It’s FREE!)
      Return your purchase in person to either our Braintree or Chesnut Hill stores and one of our associates will help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item. Please remember to bring you receipt with you.

    2. UPS Ground with Pre-Paid Return Label
      Simply pack up the items to be returned and attach the pre-paid return label included in the original shipment. Next, schedule a pick-up with UPS by calling 1-800-823-7459; or you can drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit UPS.com. 

    3. You Choose the Shipping Method
      You can send items back via the shipping service of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your receipt to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
